 I just binged on Brocoli (however you spell the forsaken thing) sprinkled with damn cheese. I hate feeling full. I hate it. I want purge. I had a headache and needed to get my Iron up for the tattoo cause the tattoo artist always bitches at me that i bleed to easily.. (he's been questioning my eating habits lately)... so.. i dont think i can handle this stuff in my tummy. I'll be seeing it on the scales for at least two weeks.. sorry.. had to vent.

Okay.. so this is my first post and I'm ready to punch the scale in it's shiney little numeric face.. Normally  all i eat is a bowl of regular oatmeal in the morning and soymilk and then the remaining of the day i just drink alot of diet liquid.. but today my co-workers and I went to the store and I bought 8 jalapeno poppers (they are the size of quarters) and a small portion of chicken (meh..maybe 4 inches long and not that thick).. I ate the chicken and 2 jalapeno poppers (and i trashed the remaining 6 when my coworkers werent looking) and i come home to weigh myself and the scale says screw you.. you gained half a lb.. wtf? I know.. My slip up.. but i still want to get in a fight with the bathroom scale.. It would be interesting..But i didnt think it was HALF A POUND WORT of a slip up.

LOL.. can I get a "word".... 
(trying to get old lingo to become cool never works)

I am going down to see my family next month.. It's been nearly 8 months and 80 lbs since i've seen them. Anybody have any tips to help me stay strong for the next 5 weeks and hopefully lose at least another 10-15 lbs?
